How do I pay?

Checkout is handled by PipraPay, which supports bKash, Nagad, and cards. You add items to your cart, log in, and complete payment securely. Every order is saved to your dashboard with its status.

How fast is delivery?

Items with codes or top-ups are delivered as fast as possible after payment is confirmed. Manual items (accounts, Minecraft capes, subscriptions, Discord gifts, custom services) are delivered by our team and may take a little longer - you can always check the status from your dashboard or ask in live chat.

How are Minecraft capes delivered?

Capes are applied to your account through a secure manual process after payment. You’ll receive a proof-of-delivery note, and we provide replacement support if anything goes wrong. Bundles apply every cape in the pack to your account.

Do I need to give my account password?

Only when a product genuinely requires it (for example a manual cape setup), and only through our support workflow. We provide an account-safety checklist and never ask for more than necessary. For most products we only need your in-game username, Player UID, or Discord username.

What do I enter for Free Fire or Discord items?

For Free Fire top-ups, enter your Player UID at checkout. For Discord Nitro, boosts, or profile items, provide the Discord username the item should be delivered to. Double-check these - delivery is made to the details you provide.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in the cases covered by our Refund Policy- for example if an item was never delivered or a code doesn’t work and we can’t replace it. We usually offer a working replacement first, which is the fastest fix.

Is my purchase secure?

Payments are processed by PipraPay and your orders, invoices, and delivery notes are saved to your account. We don’t store card details on our servers.
